SRM presents: No Terror, No Empire- Free event

On September 11th, political rock powerhouse, Sonic Resistance Movement will be holding a free musical event, "No Terror, No Empire" at Club Doctor in Shinjuku. (www.clubdoctor.co.jp). The event's theme surrounds the causes of the 9-11 terrorist attacks and the assault on our rights and freedoms in their wake. Music, video, and presentations will be included in the program.
Open:18:00 Start:18:30 entrance is free with one drink minimum (appx 500yen).

9月１１日、新宿にあるClub Doctor　(www.clubdoctor.co.jp)にてポリティカル・ロックバンド、S★nic Resistance Movementが入場料無料のミュージックイベントを行います。音楽以外にビデオ上映やプレゼンテーションを予定しています。
「２００１年、９月、１１日。誰しもが忘れられない日付となった。世界貿易センターに突っ込んで行く大型旅客機。襲いかかる火や煙から逃げようとし、飛び降りる従業員の姿。その日の残酷な映像が私たちの脳みそに焼き付けられている。しかし、テロはその日に終った訳ではなく、ただの始まりにすぎなかった。我々をテロから守るという「テロに対する戦争」を口実に政治屋が私たち普通の人の自由や人権に対する戦争を始めた。
しかし、なぜテロが起きるのか？そして、どうしたら止められるのか？この質問は今回のイベントのタイトル「No Terror, No Empire」の本当の意味を知る為の大きな鍵である。これをテーマにS★nic Resistance Movementと仲間達が日米政府の不正をCool＆funkyに暴いて行く！」
