This session addresses the rights of extended family members of EEA nationals in member states with reference to community law. It pinpoints extended family members by reference to community law and case jurisprudence.

Importantly, it addresses their rights especially their right of residence by reference to E.U case jurisprudence. Basic denominators of United Kingdom legislation are also highlighted
