Gift It Up: Alternative Gift Fair

Saturday, 04 December 2004
11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What is an Alternative Gift Fair?

An alternative gift fair is an opportunity for people to make a difference this holiday season. At the fair, learn about the many local, national and international non-profit organizations making a difference in your community. Honor friends and relatives with donations to causes that fit their values. Choose from a list of tangible gifts, such as art supplies for autistic adults, cattle for a family in Cambodia, or dinner for the hungry in Boston. For each donation, you will receive a handsome certificate announcing your gift. Also enjoy music and food and take part in our raffle!

What do the holidays mean to you?

Gift It Up! - Boston's Alternative Gift Fair is an effort to recapture the true spirit of the holiday season. This year, give a gift that will make a lasting impact on the world. Present your loved ones with truly meaningful gifts while supporting vital non-profits and the causes that they serve.

Your contributions are gifts that change the world!

Now featuring our 2004 sponsor Whats Up Magazine!

Proceeds from this year's raffle and bake sale will go to support Whats Up Magazine's work with the homeless and low-income in the Boston community.
