The next step in the federal process is to submit written comments about the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) to the National Institutes of Health by January 3, 2005. We will send out suggested comments by mid-December. We expect the Secretary of Environmental Affairs to issue her decision on Monday about whether BU's Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) is adequate or whether BU must file a supplemental FEIR.
