Desde el sábado día 5 hasta el 12 de Septiembre, una marcha recorrerá el trazado de las obras del Tren de Alta Velocidad entre Gazteiz y Bilbao que está acometiendo el Ministerio de Fomento. Se trata de una iniciativa que parte de todo tipo de grupos locales opositores a esta infraestructura.

MARTXA '09 CONTRA EL TAV

Desde el sábado día 5 hasta el 12 de Septiembre, una marcha recorrerá el trazado de las obras del Tren de Alta Velocidad entre Gazteiz y Bilbao que está acometiendo el Ministerio de Fomento. Se trata de una iniciativa que parte de todo tipo de grupos locales opositores a esta infraestructura.

Partiendo de Gasteiz la tarde del sábado 5, la intención de esta marcha es triple: por un lado, ofrecer la oportunidad de conocer de primera mano los estragos causados por las obras del TAV, así como conocer las zonas aún no dañadas que sucumbirían de seguir con este despropósito socioambiental; por otro lado relacionar este proyecto con muchos otros (autovías, autopistas, circunvalaciones, superpuertos, líneas de muy alta tensión, térmicas, gaseoductos...) que lo acompañan en el espacio y el tiempo en esta locura desarrollista en que se ha convertido nuestro actual sistema político-económico y reflexionar sobre cómo acabar y apartarse definitivamente de él; y por último, estrechar lazos entre todas aquellas personas y grupos que deseen aunar fuerzas y recursos para pasar a la ofensiva y paralizar las destrucciones de este proyecto injusto en lo social y dilapidador de ecosistemas en lo ambiental; asimismo, a lo largo de la marcha habrá la oportunidad de realizar distintos tipos de actividades de denuncia del TAV.

Cuando la crisis actual en ciernes (que es social, ambiental y económica) ha mostrado nítidamente que el sistema capitalista (crecimiento perpetuo) además de criminal, injusto y ambientalmente inviable se ha topado con límites físicos (energéticos, recursos naturales y sumideros) y la clase político-empresarial dominante está más obtinada que nunca en ahondar más en el camino al abismo con una batería de proyectos megalomanos en progresión ascendente hacia la barbarie desarrollista, nuestro deber pasa inexorablemente por comunicar-concienciar a las personas sobre ello y unirnos en la reflexión y la acción para parar este monstruo. En este momento es más necesario que nunca que la lucha vaya amplificándose y siga hacia adelante hasta desarraigar del imaginario colectivo este mal llamado ?progreso? como crecimiento material y ?desarrollo? como destrucción del medio natural que es la base de la vida.

La participación en la marcha está abierta a quien quiera sumarse a ella, y para eso se informará del lugar de salida y hora en lodos los pueblos.
