2013 Summer Institute August 4-10
Sunday, 04 August 2013
All day
The Center for Popular Economics is a nonprofit collective of political economists based in Amherst, MA. CPE’s Summer Institute is a week-long intensive training in economics for activists, educators, media makers, and anyone who wants a better understanding of how the economy works. Our trainings are highly participatory and build on the knowledge and experience of our participants. No background in economics is necessary. This year we are focusing on the care economy: child care, elder care, domestic care and how they tie in with economic systems. More Information: http://www.populareconomics.org/2013si/
